ZADIM | Project Showcase: Where Artful Living Meets the Pure Essence of Life

ZADIM Sweden speaks through a silent design language,
breaking boundaries,
weaving natural art and everyday life into poetry.

In today’s fast‑paced world, for those who pursue a life of quality,

the question we ponder is this: home is not merely a place to rest

– it is a sanctuary for the soul.

At ZADIM Sweden,

we believe that the vertical journey within your home

should be as serene and meaningful as the space itself.

Space for the soul – less is more
Revealing life’s purest truth

PRAGMATISM AND ARTISTICSPIRIT

HAVE ACHIEVED A BALANCE IN THIS SPACE

ZADIM9000 LUXURY SERIES HOME LIFT

LET THE EMOTIONS OF HOME BE CONNECTED AND INFINTTELY AMPLIFIED

When the owner of this Wenzhou villa chose “returning to authenticity” as the guiding theme, space became the canvas and light the ink – distilling life’s philosophy into a silent narrative.

The designer deconstructed traditional layouts with an open plan, removing barriers. Floor‑to‑ceiling glass windows act as dynamic picture frames, bringing the garden’s lush greenery and changing seasons into the interior. The green leather sofa echoes the greenery outside; as piano notes flow through the air, the space becomes a vessel for life itself.

Practicality and artistic sensibility find perfect balance here. The ZADIM Z9000 LUXURY series home lift stands quietly against the wall, its Scandinavian minimalist lines embodying understated elegance.

As the poet Rilke once said: “Beauty is nothing but the beginning of terror we are just able to bear.” Inside the cabin, warm leather wall panels and the aluminium alloy shaft frame achieve a harmony of soft and hard – allowing family affection to flow freely through the space, carried by the ever‑changing light.

Drawn by the star‑lit ceiling, you descend to the double‑height basement. Geometric cuts lend a sense of tension to the void. The furniture choices are equally thoughtful, each piece appearing as if carefully curated.

The poetic Nordic villa lift engages in a dialogue with the Eastern‑inspired study – a conversation between movement and stillness, between East and West. Dark green marble bar tops and bronze high stools punctuate the space, making every object a footnote to the unfolding story.

With its refined design language and distinctive brand character, ZADIM elevates the sense of well‑being, all within an effortlessly artistic atmosphere.

THE CORE CONCEPT OF THE FIRST FLOOR SPACE IS"INTERCONNECTION"

ZADIM3000 ENJOY SERIES HOME LIFT

GIVEIT WARMTHTHROUGH ARTISTICLANGUAGE

The creation of this Ningbo villa is a tribute to the “spirit of freedom.”

On the ground floor, “connectivity” is the core concept. Living, dining, and relaxation areas are seamlessly linked through fluid circulation – echoing Le Corbusier’s functionalist idea of “a house is a machine for living,” yet softened by artistic expression.

The ZADIM Z3000 ENJOY series home lift features grey glass that balances transparency and privacy. Above, the star‑lit ceiling halo and the staircase’s motion‑sensor LED strips complement each other, turning the vertical circulation into a conduit for emotion – every encounter between family members, whether ascending or descending, is gently captured by light and shadow.

ZADIM believes a villa lift should be sustainable – one that does not require re‑engineering as time passes.

The cabin embodies “restrained luxury”: a full‑height operating panel, built‑in LED strips, and handrails combine rational logic with poetic expression, creating a space that meets contemporary needs while remaining timeless.

The basement is given multiple narrative dimensions – the clack of billiard balls, whispers over tea, quiet contemplation at the chess table – all layered with cross‑generational cultural interplay. These elements interact within the same space, adding richer texture to family interactions.
