– ZADIM’s Diverse Vertical Spaces

Revive a Journey of Radiant Luxury.

Showcase 01
Midnight Black – Light and Shadow as Measure

Luxurious Ease

Situated in the heart of the city, every design detail within this villa reflects the intersection of urban culture, social distinction, and the mindset of those who lead.

The villa owner has shaped the spatial texture with a blend of nature, contemporary style, and understated luxury. The ground floor follows minimalist and functional principles, creating an open and inviting living space for entertaining.

Bespoke Elegance, Tailored for You

The ZADIM Z8100 series home lift is installed against the wall – a rare configuration – serving as the vertical artery connecting the villa‘s levels.

The basement features a double-height design, and through ZADIM’s transition, the interaction between upper and lower floors becomes visible. The transparent glass shaft adds a ceremonial quality to the flowing living space. Following the light, one moves with the heart.

By deeply integrating space, design, and humanistic spirit, the villa explores the essence of life in nature, achieving a deeper expression of living.

Through the lift, you arrive at an open leisure area, where light and shadow gather and release, and the mood gradually sinks into a private realm of pleasure.

ZADIM draws inspiration from a scene in Nordic nature, infusing the lift‘s ceiling with the brilliance of stars and seas. The villa owner, in turn, introduces greenery into the basement – together, they build the core of life with nature’s all‑embracing palette.

Showcase No. 02
Grey Gold Sand – The Pulse of Avant‑Garde Style

Eclectic Aesthetics – The Art of Harmonious Contrast

Every design within this villa is a portrait of the elite‘s vision of high society – using artistic diversity to realise the owner’s unique emotional connection to life.

The villa adopts a modern, eclectic design language. On the ground floor, film projectors, oil paintings, and metal sculptures create an immersive artistic world.

Wandering Through Artistic Realms

Hidden behind the wall, the ZADIM Z8100 home lift further accentuates the contemporary feel of the space. The transparent glass shaft delivers a visually striking experience with every journey.

Riding down, the villa‘s basement opens up new possibilities for a higher quality of life and richer spiritual experiences – a place where socialising, entertainment, and personal retreat can all find their home.

The villa design emphasises the interplay between openness and privacy, while ZADIM enhances the sense of connection between people. Together, they create a spatial logic that is both comfortable and harmonious, offering endless delights for the new urban elite.

Showcase No. 03
Polar White – Listening to Nature’s Whisper

Borrowed Views, Entrusted Emotions – Where Scenery Speaks the Heart

Mountains, light and shadow, birdsong – all are gifts from nature. The owner of this villa lives nestled among the hills, and a cat and a dog bring added vitality and emotion to daily life.

Taking advantage of the property‘s scenic location, the owner has brought nature indoors – large glass windows frame the rolling green views, infusing the space with endless vitality. Paired with grey fabric petal sofas, the body and mind find a sense of natural harmony that words cannot fully capture.

All Realms in Harmony – A Symphony of Life and Space

The villa’s interior follows a minimalist tone, and the ZADIM Z8000 home lift, installed at the centre of the staircase, serves as a family transport for both the owner and their pets.

Beneath the star‑lit ceiling, soft halos of light create a warm, diffuse atmosphere. As light drifts through the space, the bond between human and animal quietly deepens.

On the lower ground floor, natural light pours in through a lightwell. Piano music, tea fragrance, cats and dogs – all await their moments with the owner. The gentle, romantic rhythm of life becomes ever clearer in these subtle details.
