“Harmony of East and West, Dialogue of Past and Present” – this is the theme of our featured case. The owner says that every detail within the villa is a pure expression of inner life.
Rooted in an artistic and emotional core, the double‑height living room places classical Chinese ink‑wash paintings – iconic symbols of the painting tradition – against a white accent wall. Peonies painted with bold, graceful strokes evoke the spirit of millennia of Chinese culture, bringing healing and symbiosis. The result is a high‑end space with a modern international flair.
Wooden furniture emphasises historical depth and cultural refinement. Complemented by layered neo‑Chinese chandeliers, the space interprets ancient elegance with a contemporary luxury aesthetic.
When the villa was first occupied, the sense of prestige and fulfilment was beyond words. Yet after a prolonged period of climbing stairs, fatigue and inconvenience gradually set in. It was then that the owner decided to install a ZADIM Z2000 series home lift in the central atrium.
The Z2000 series features an innovative split‑cabin wall design, which inherently facilitates retrofitting and maintenance. The entire lift carries a strong Scandinavian aesthetic – simple, luxurious, and highly adaptable. It blends seamlessly with the oriental elegance of the interior, creating a uniquely harmonious beauty.
Behind the lift, between its rear and the wall, a vertical storage cabinet in the same colour as the shaft frame has been cleverly designed, satisfying both aesthetic refinement and everyday practicality.
The fully transparent glass shaft on three sides ensures a continuous visual relationship between the lift and its surroundings. Within this fluid space, sightlines, light, and air flow freely, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and inclusiveness.
With precise coordination of soft furnishings, the new home lift infuses the space with renewed vitality and becomes a bond of love among family members. It brings the owner a sense of ease and tranquillity never experienced before. In every effortless journey, the villa’s quiet luxury is amplified once again.

For a private residence, the human being is the heart of the architecture. All objects within the space exist to serve and to be lived with. Through ZADIM home lifts, we hope to shorten the distance between people, amplify emotions, and guide the city’s discerning elite toward a life enriched by love and art.
Stepping into the ground‑floor hall, the ZADIM Z2000 home lift immediately commands attention. The classic pairing of a Midnight Black shaft frame with Elegant Dream White cabin walls elevates the spatial tone to its highest point.
Light pours directly and intensely through the lift, creating a luminous and layered visual effect. As you ride down, your body is wrapped in sunlight – as if falling into a warm, radiant embrace.
ZADIM ingeniously compensates for any shortcomings in the circulation, carefully crafting every inch of space to seamlessly connect public and private realms.
The smooth transition between areas not only enhances daily efficiency but also offers the occupant a unique and delightful travel experience – one that embodies both contemporary philosophical meaning and the gentlemanly sophistication of today’s new elite.
