For customized physical material packages, exhibition props and joint marketing activities required by strategic partners, the headquarters will share costs proportionally and allocate resources on a priority basis. We aim to prevent partners from bearing all initial marketing costs by covering essential materials, so as to jointly build the brand, share expenses and deliver fruitful results. The specific free items and cost-sharing ratios will be specified in the cooperation contract.

ZADIM charges no franchise fees whatsoever. You only need to invest in a showroom. We provide display elevators at sample prices, and the relevant costs will be fully refunded once the agreed sales volume is met. We believe genuine cooperation lies in shared investment and mutual benefits.

ZADIM’s strategic partners are granted exclusive distribution rights in core cities. We guarantee no second partner will be recruited within the authorized territory, making you the sole brand representative. A project registration and reservation system is in place to protect your investments. The exclusive authorization term is no less than two years, and priority will be given for renewal to partners with sound performance.
